One of the coolest features in Firefox is their (oft-imitated) search box, nestled away in the upper right corner of your browser.
(A search plugin allows you to access a search engine right from your browser. In Mozilla Firefox, you use the search box on the toolbar. In Mozilla (Seamonkey) you can access plugins via the Sidebar or the Location Bar.)
Via the Mycroft project, you can get plug-ins for many popular sites like Amazon, eBay, IMDB and the like, so I figured I'd write one for us. Someone else had the same great idea, so there are two IAFD Mozilla plug-ins out there, and they're functionally equivalent.
To install the plug-in, just click the link below (assuming your browser supports it -- if not, there'll be no link) and be on your way to searching the IAFD without actually having to be at the IAFD. Once you try it, you'll never go back. I find myself using it, even when I'm on the site site just because I've trained myself to go there...
